Eighteen years ago, Dwijen Smart arrived in Pune barefoot and penniless, battling addiction and searching for hope. Through courage, discipline and transformation, he overcame addiction and dedicated his life to helping others recover.
In 2011, he founded Santulan Rehabilitation & De-Addiction Centre to provide free, holistic and compassionate care, especially for individuals without family or financial support.
